This chrome plated ABS plastic accent is designed to attach using double sided tape to the front of the wind shield vent. This will not interfere with the functioning of the vent. This will fit all Goldwing 1800's from 2004-2012 that came from the factory with a wind shield vent. It will also work with the 1800 aftermarket wind shield vent that we sell, part number 45-1252N. This will not fit the Goldwing 1500 factory or aftermarket wind shield vents.
