Delivery and Return Policy
Ordered items are shipped by UPS. If you choose UPS Standard as the shipping method, we can in some cases choose e.g. GLS, PostNord or another shipping company instead.
If possible, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office for pick-up. Otherwise the package will be delivered directly to the address.
The orders are paid by Credit Card when ordered, and the payment will be drawed when the ordre are shipped.
We receive payments by the following Credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and JCB.
When orders are sent to countries outside the EU, the recipient must pay for the duties and taxes that may be imposed on the shipment.
Items purchased at Oldwing.eu are special items. However, the buyer can make an appointment with Oldwing Europe of return of the item up to 14 days after receipt. In case of a possible return, Oldwing Europe will refund the amount received, minus one with the buyer agreed fee when the item is received. Only unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for full refund or exchange.
When returning an item, please use a package distributors who use Track&Trace on the package, as otherwise it is not possible to trace the item if it should be lost during return shipping. You should ship the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
These return rules apply to all items sold as distance selling (for private) - it does not apply to goods collected in our store nor goods sold to companies.
Oldwing Europe repays the agreed amount when the returned goods are received in unused and undamaged condition.
Compensation for a defective item will either be exchanged or repaid after the original item has been received and examined. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Make sure you have the product you expected before opening it or install it. We pass on all manufacturers' warranties. Oldwing Europe pays shipping costs from us to the customer when guarantee exchanges.
