High quality slow air cutoff valve kit for the 1975 to 1979 GL1000 that replaces OEM 16048-371-004 which is now obsolete. It includes the parts necessary for a complete rebuild i.e. diaphragm, spring and O-ring. Replacing your air cutoff valve will improve starting, warm up, idling and acceleration of your motorcycle.

To further insure against any additional vacuum loss, replace your inexpensive carburetor manifold o-rings, 82-610. Vacuum loss can occur there and mimic the effect of a bad air cut-off valve.
